Distinct Software Solutions, LLC DBA as Golf18 Network (Golf18) Tee Time Policy
These Golf18 Platforms Sales Policies apply to applicable transactions on the "Golf18 Platforms," including Golf18Network.com and all the other websites, applications, online services, and other interactive features or downloads that are operated by Distinct Software Solutions, LLC ("DSS”, “Golf18," "we", "our" or "us") and that post these policies (collectively, the "Golf18 Platforms"), whether accessed via computer, mobile device or otherwise..
Eligibility. You must be 18 years of age or older and the age of majority to make a purchase on an Golf18 Platform.
Pricing. You agree that we are not responsible or otherwise liable for the pricing displayed on the Golf18 Platforms, including, without limitation, any typos or other pricing errors. In the event pricing displayed on an Golf18 Platform is incorrect and you book a tee time based on that incorrect pricing, we reserve the right to cancel your tee time, notify you, refund the money you paid for that tee time and add that tee time back into our pool of available tee times with the correct pricing without any liability to you.
Fees. Some features of the Golf18 Platforms require the payment of fees, and your right to use those features is conditioned upon your full payment of those fees. You agree that all financial transactions will be processed in US Dollars or Canadian Dollars, either, based on the location of your Tee time or where your online booking was made, the currency will be defined at the time of booking. The cost and associated fees to book a tee time at an Golf18 Platform will depend on a number of variables, including the golf course, date and time of reservation and number of golfers in your party. Upon confirmation of your reservation, you agree to pay the amount shown to you during the checkout process. Such amount may include taxes and other fees. A portion of the total fees for your tee time may be due and charged before your scheduled tee time and a portion may be due and charged at the time you arrive for your tee time at the applicable golf course. You hereby authorize us to charge the credit card we have on file with your account in the amount of fees and in the manner disclosed to you at checkout on an Golf18 Platform. Based on federal and state laws you may or may not pay taxes on the amount due at the time of booking.
Scheduling. It is possible, despite the use of reasonable efforts, that the tee times listed as available on an Golf18 Platform are no longer available. You agree that we are not responsible or otherwise liable for an error in the available tee times posted on the Golf18 Platforms. We reserve the right to limit the number of bookings you can make at a given time or the number of future bookings you have reserved at any given time.
Cancelations and Refunds. Refunds are available for booking errors, so long as you call us at 1.800.994.0661 within 4 hours of your booking and confirm with a live phone agent at Golf18 Network. Otherwise, tee times are non-refundable and non-cancelable unless the course is not allowing play due to weather. When purchasing a tee time where money is due at the course, not showing up may result in your credit card being charged.
If a course is not allowing play due to weather, contact us within 24 hours after your scheduled tee time for a credit towards a future purchase. We will confirm with the course that they were not allowing play at your tee time and process the credit within 2 business days. A golf course's decision to treat a cancelation differently than our cancelation and refund policy will not be deemed a waiver of our policies. Cancelation and refund policies vary by golf course. If a course is closed due to weather (or any other reason), Golf18 Network will issue a full credit or refund for any amount paid to Golf18 Network. If you are unable to play due to weather and have paid the golf course directly, Golf18 will not issue a refund. A golf course may issue a refund or rain check at their discretion for these tee times. To receive a refund from Golf18, you must contact us by phone at 1.800.994.0661, ext. 2 within 24 hours of the date of play.
A golf course's decision to treat a cancelation differently than our cancelation and refund policy will not be deemed a waiver of our policies. Cancelation and refund policies vary by golf course.
If a tee time becomes unavailable due to an official closing of the golf course (e.g. for weather or other reasons), we will reschedule your round or issue a refund in the form of Golf18 Credit. To receive a refund, you must contact Golf18 Network by phone at 1.800.994.0661 or email at (email@example.com) within 24 hours of the date of play. Tee time reservations for one course may not be transferred to a different course.
Promotional Codes and Credits (together, "Promo Credits") are provided without the payment of any funds. Some Promo Credits are only available for use on certain Golf18 Platforms and Tee Times. Promo Credits are valid for up to 180 days from the date they were awarded. All Promo Credits must be used by the date indicated on the email confirmation or other communication with which the Promo Credits is delivered and, if no date is listed, expire 180 days from the date of issue. Promo Credits may not be combined with other offers and MAY NOT be presented for use at a course. Promo Credits are void after first use, unless otherwise stated, and where prohibited by law. Promo Credits are not valid for prior tee times. You are responsible for all charges (including booking fees) and taxes in excess of the promotional value of a Promo Credits. Promo Credits or codes must not be copied, sold, bartered or offered and are not subject to return if your Deal Time is canceled/ changed due to reasons outside of this Tee Time Policy. Any other use of a Promo Credits or codes constitutes fraud. Promo Credits are not redeemable for cash, unless required by law. Promo Credits are the property of Golf18 and are subject to cancelation or change. Promo Credits are not valid for use outside of the U.S.A and Canada.
Purchased or Refund Credits (together, "Purchased Credits") are provided either as a refund credit or with the payment of any funds which include Promotional Credit. Purchased Credits are only available for use on certain Golf18 Platforms and with certain Tee times, specifically, the amount due at the time of payment on Golf18. Purchased Credits are valid for up to 2 years (24 months) from the date they were paid for or added to your Golf18 Account. All Purchased Credits must be used by the date indicated on the confirmation email communication with which the Purchased Credit is delivered and, if no date is listed, expire 24 months from the date of issue. When Purchased Credits and Promo Credits are available and are being chosen by the purchaser for use or being applied to the amount due at the time of purchase, Purchased Credits will always be applied to outstanding fees first. Purchased Credits may not be combined with other offers and MAY NOT be presented for use at a course. Purchased Credits are not valid for prior tee times. You are responsible for all charges (including booking fees) and taxes in excess of the value of the Purchased Credits or remaining Promo Credits on your Account. Purchased Credits must not be copied, sold, bartered or offered and are not subject to return if your Tee Time is canceled/ changed due to reasons outside of this Tee Time Policy. Any other use of a Purchased Credits constitutes fraud. Purchased Credits are not redeemable for cash, unless required by law. Purchased Credits are the property of Golf18 and are subject to cancelation or change.
Rewards The Golf18 Network Rewards program is for U.S.A and Canada based golfers only. Reward points are earned per tee time. Multiple orders for the same tee time will not count as multiple rewards points. Golf18 Credit or credits earned through the Golf18 Rewards program will be categorized as Promotional Credit (Promo Credit) and will expire 180 days from the date of issue. All awarded rewards can only be applied to U.S.A and Canada based bookings and only applied to the amount due at the time of booking. Bookings need to be made through Golf18Network.com only.
